高性能涂料的添加劑

YN    系列二氧化硅使用專有技術(shù)，可獲得低光澤的飾面而不會(huì)對(duì)涂料系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)有顯著影響。與傳統(tǒng)的二氧化硅消光劑不同，YN二氧化硅具有獨(dú)特的性能，可實(shí)現(xiàn)高度消光的表面， 并具有出色的耐化學(xué)性，出色的透明度以及良好的抗劃傷性和耐金屬劃痕性。 此外，與傳統(tǒng)的二氧化硅消光劑相比，YN二氧化硅更易于分散并且產(chǎn)生的粉塵更少。

YN二氧化硅系列有兩種型號(hào): 一款具有優(yōu)異的耐化學(xué)性和透明度的出色消光劑。一款具有耐化學(xué)性和透明度的消光劑。兩種產(chǎn)品均被設(shè)計(jì)為單獨(dú)使用或混合使用以達(dá)到所需的性能。

高透明消光劑  The high transparence matting agent

  高透明性產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

本系列產(chǎn)品采用特殊的表面活性介質(zhì)包覆處理工藝，大大改善了消光粉的折射率，使其遮光系數(shù)達(dá)到1.47，使之和樹脂的折射率1.4-1.6更加接近，從而大大提高了產(chǎn)品的透明性。

  高消光率

孔隙率為1.8-2.0毫升/克，并在生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和生產(chǎn)工藝上進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化，使產(chǎn)品有更窄的粒徑分布，從而大大提高了消光效率。

  高分散性

通過先進(jìn)的研磨工藝消光劑在極不利的條件下也非常容易分散，從而縮短操作時(shí)間，并且更有利于添加消光劑去調(diào)校啞度。

使用方法：

1.如達(dá)到感激消光粉的消光效率，建議添加百分之3-10。

2.由于不同的配方和條件，建議客戶在使用前進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，確定合適的添加量。

注意事項(xiàng)：

1.客戶在裝卸 使用和運(yùn)輸過程中，采取必要措施，避免粉塵飛揚(yáng)。建議堆放高度不超過10層，受擠壓會(huì)影響產(chǎn)品分散性，請(qǐng)適當(dāng)延長分散時(shí)間。

2.建議使用時(shí)開包即用，避免受潮影響使用效果。

  High efficiency:

As TSAseries high-geade delusterant powder improves its porosity to 1.8 and dec reases the distribution of micropores and ultra-large pores,the distribution of pores is more symmetrical and greatly improves the efficiency of delusterant;the diameter is narrower so as to reduce the negative influence of small granules on the effect.

  Good transparency:

The purity of SIO2in TSA SERIES hige-grade delusterant powder reaches 99.3%,and special method is adopted for surface treatment so that its refraction index reaches 1.47,being close to that of colophony,i.e.1.40-1.60,which greatly improves its transparency in coating film and whose transparency is very close to the level of foreign products so as to avoid low-grade delusterant powder s problem of turning white and blue on the surface.

  Easily added and dispersed:

Advanced rubbing technology makes narrower distribution of diameter of granules,so that delusterant can be easily added in any production procedure and can be easily dispersed,which saves the processing time.

Method of Application:

1、Recommended dosage of3%-10%.

2、As different formulations and conditions,suggest the user to test and make sure the dosage before using.

Notes:

1、Customer handling,use and transportation process,should take the necessary measures to avoid dust.Recommended stacking height of not more than 10 layers,by extrusion would affect the dispersion of products,please spread the appropriate extension of time.

2、Recommended to use when opening packages that prevent moisture affect the results.
