高壓膠管總成

本工廠生產(chǎn)的高壓膠管總成全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼絲編織膠管或鋼絲纏繞膠管及膠管接頭，經(jīng)專用設(shè)備扣壓而成。根據(jù)用戶需要可選擇優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼接頭、不銹鋼接頭、銅制接頭等，接頭形式及螺紋嚴格參照國標公制（JB1891-1900-77）、美制標準、英制標準等，數(shù)據(jù)準確，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，裝配方便，扣壓緊密，高溫、高壓及脈沖工作狀態(tài)下，不漏液、不脫頭，安全系數(shù)高，使用壽命長，并可根據(jù)用戶需要設(shè)計生產(chǎn)異型接頭及連接體。

高壓膠管總成一般是由耐液體的合成橡膠內(nèi)膠層、中膠層、Ⅰ至Ⅵ層鋼絲編織增強層、及耐天候性能優(yōu)良的合成橡膠外膠層組成。主要用于礦井液壓支架、油田開采，適宜于工程建筑、起重運輸、冶金鍛壓、礦山設(shè)備、船舶、注塑機械、農(nóng)業(yè)機械、各種機床以及各工業(yè)部門機械化、自動化液壓系統(tǒng)中輸送具有一定壓力和溫度的石油基（如礦物油、可溶性油、液壓油、燃油、潤滑油）液體、水基液體（如乳化液、油水乳濁液、水）、氣體等和液體傳動等領(lǐng)域。

常用高壓膠管總成：

1、一層、二層、三層鋼絲編織膠管

高壓液壓系統(tǒng)，適用于礦物油類液壓油，乙二醇類液壓介質(zhì)及油水乳化液

溫度范圍：-40℃~+100℃

2、四層鋼絲纏繞膠管

高壓液壓系統(tǒng)，適用于礦物油類液壓油，乙二醇類液壓介質(zhì)及油水乳化液，適用于高壓大流量系統(tǒng)。

3、六層鋼絲纏繞超高壓膠管

超高壓液壓系統(tǒng)，適用于礦物油類液壓油，乙二醇類液壓介質(zhì)及油水乳化液。
