熱鍍鋅板就是熱軋鍍鋅板，冷鍍鋅板就是冷軋鍍鋅板.從材料上來說，兩種鍍鋅板的組成都基本類似.區(qū)別在于冷鍍鋅板要比熱鍍鋅板的更薄，表面

質(zhì)量更好，工藝更復(fù)雜一些.價(jià)格也就更高一些了.從工藝上來說，鋼材由鑄坯送熱軋軋制，軋成一定厚度的板材，如厚度10mm左右，如果用戶對(duì)

板材的表面，厚度，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度沒有更高要求的話，就可進(jìn)行成品處理，如鍍鋅之類，直接出售，就是熱板.如果對(duì)板才有更高的要求，那么熱軋后

的板才送冷軋線進(jìn)行再次加工，經(jīng)酸洗，退火，再次軋制等工序，得到更薄，表面光潔，機(jī)械性能更好的冷軋板材。
