   抗菌抗病毒整理劑TexTrit?CAPTAIN A具有耐洗的抗菌抗病毒材料，能有效抑制大腸桿菌、白色念珠菌、流感病毒H1N1,H3N2等，作用原理是阻止細(xì)菌病毒核酸合成，破壞微生物的代謝過程，終止其生長、活動和繁殖的能力。符合以下抗菌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測：ISO 20743-2007,AATCC 100-2004,JIS L1902-2008,GB/T20944.1-2007,抗病毒檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：ISO 18184 2014(E),主要應(yīng)用于：家紡、服裝、車內(nèi)飾面料、醫(yī)用防護(hù)等。

使用方法

注意事項
1.用室溫水逐漸化料溶解于水。
2.如使用其他助劑同浴。如陰離子助劑;請通過預(yù)備試樣確認(rèn)穩(wěn)定件。
3.對白織物建議進(jìn)行實驗;可能會對白度有影響。對熱遷移性能無影響或僅有微小影響。

Usage:

First weigh the TexTrit? CAPTAIN A, stir and add water, and then gradually dilute to the feeding tank. Produce according to the following production process:

Padding method:

TexTrit? CAPTAIN A:      30-40g/L

TexTrit?HN:               30-50g/L

TexTrit?Soft:              30-50g/L

Scraping rate Approximately 70%

Setting temperature and time 150°C for 180 seconds or 160°C for 150 seconds

Attentions:

1. Use room temperature water to gradually dissolve the material in water.

2. If other additives are used in the same bath. Such as anionic additives; please confirm the stabilizer through preliminary samples.

3. It is recommended to experiment with white fabrics; it may affect the whiteness. It has no effect or only a small effect on the thermal migration performance.

4. In order to check the compatibility with other products, it is recommended to conduct pre-experiment or consult our technicians separately.
