衛(wèi)生級自吸泵是特別設計用來處理含有一部分氣體的流體物料。此類泵可廣泛應用于食品,化工、制藥及類似要求的應用場合。特別是在(CIP)就地清洗系統(tǒng)中作回流泵。

材質(zhì)

所有過液部件、泵殼、泵蓋和葉輪均由AIS1316L不銹鋼制造。電機護罩由AIS1304不銹鋼制造，密封圈材EPDM乙丙橡膠制造。

過液部分材質(zhì):AISI316L不銹鋼或 AISI304

其他部分材質(zhì):AISI304不銹鋼

外表面磨光:噴吵亞光

內(nèi)表面:拋光

過液密封材料:EPDM乙丙橡膠、硅橡膠標準設計

衛(wèi)生機械密封機械密封的靜環(huán)由AISI316L鋼內(nèi)嵌碳化硅構成,動環(huán)則由石墨制成。ZXBL泵有一個不銹鋼的外罩保護馬達,還有四個可調(diào)節(jié)的不銹鋼支腳。

Application

The XBL pump is a liquid-ring pump which is speciallydesigned for pumping liquids containing air or gas.The pumpis used in food,chemical, pharmaceutical and simliar industries.The pump can be used for CIlP- return.

Mechanical single seal with staionary seal ring of caid-resistant steel AISI 316l with sealing surface in carbon androtating seal rings of silicon carbide.The pump has a stainlsssteel shroud for protection of the motor,and the complete unitis supported on four adjustable stainless steel legs.
