 2、美術(shù)品進(jìn)出口單位在美術(shù)品進(jìn)出口前，應(yīng)向美術(shù)品進(jìn)出口口岸所在地省級(jí)文化行政部門提交申請(qǐng)；

3、國外發(fā)貨，貨到機(jī)場，申請(qǐng)單位持批準(zhǔn)文件到海關(guān)辦理進(jìn)出口報(bào)關(guān)手續(xù)。

4、繳納關(guān)稅與增值稅，海關(guān)放行，送貨至目的地。
