Robust Flat Antenna

The TS-5010-24 waterproof computer has a robust antenna structure that will not be easily broken. The waterproof antenna carries the WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 signals for wireless connectivity. The antenna is easy to clean with it’s flat structure and smooth surface.

IP66 and IP69K with Optional IP67

Each waterproof computer is 100% vacuum pressure tested and verified. This simulates the IP66/IP67 or IP69K rating scenario at the end user facility. The special inspection guarantees no leakage. An IP69K rating means the PC can handle high-temperature water jets, used for cleaning.

Highly Durable Stainless Steel with SUS316 Option

Teguar waterproof computers are housed in SUS304 stainless steel. This steel is resistant to oxidization through alkali, acid, or water corrosion as well as resistant to bacterial growth. In places such as chemical factories where stronger industrial solvents are used, SUS316 stainless steel can be provided which enhances corrosion resistance.  

Waterproof Cable Sets, Power Supply and Connectors

High strength alloy metal is used for the M12 metal connectors, and the I/O port connector cable set and power supply are rated IP68. This ensures a fully waterproof design for your computer equipment. 

Various pieces of equipment in OEM manufacturing have different voltage use requirements within the same system. The TS-5010-24 can be configured to operate on a wider range of voltage than is commonly found.

In places where localized audio messages are needed or sound sensor/process indicators are needed, the TS-5010 series has you covered. The 2W or 5W speakers meet IP rating requirements and enable a full multi-media presentation in the middle of the factory floor.
